Wade T. Funk

Wade T. Funk, 62, of Hanover, passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 13, 2025 at home surrounded by his family.

Born on Sunday, April 21, 1963 in Hanover, he was a son of the late David L. Funk, Sr. and Loretta Weaver Funk. Wade was a truck driver and also did construction work for various companies throughout his working career. He was a member of the Hanover Eagles Aerie #1406, and was an avid Philadelphia Eagles and NASCAR fan, watching his favorite driver, Alex Bowman.

Survivors include a brother, David L. Funk, Jr. and his wife, Faith; two sisters, Tracy L. Leese and Lorraine M. Chambers, all of Hanover; six nephews; three nieces; eight great-nephews; and nine great-nieces.

A private service will be held.
