Richard "Dick" Frazer

Richard “Dick” Frazer, 88, of Hanover, beloved husband of Ilse M. Rau Frazer, passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 27, 2026 at Hanover Hall Nursing Center.

Born on Tuesday, May 24, 1938 in Alexandria, PA, he was the son of the late Winifred Frazer. Dick was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He enjoyed sports and races- especially at the Lincoln Speedway.

Surviving, in addition to his wife of 46 years, are his two sons, Michael Frazer and his spouse, Shawn, and Patrick Frazer and his spouse, Rebecca; and two grandchildren, Shelby Frazer and Carson Frazer.

Following cremation, a gathering of family and friends will be held from 1-3 PM on Monday, September 7, 2026 at Panebaker Funeral Home & Cremation Care Center, Inc., 311 Broadway, Hanover.
