He was a member of Missionary Bible Baptist Church and in 2014, he retired from Hanover Foods as a Grade A Lead Person following 43 years and 3 months of service. Dick enjoyed hunting, gardening, playing games and admiring classic cars.

A family man and role model often referred to as “Superman” is survived by four children, Tina Barstow and her husband, Mike, of East Berlin, Joy Kopp of Hanover, Richard Luckenbaugh and his wife, Nicole, of Dover and Daniel Luckenbaugh and his wife, Kalie, of Port Orange, FL.
