Norma V. Cramer

Norma V. Cramer, 65, of New Oxford, passed away on Tuesday, February 4, 2025 at Wellspan Gettysburg Hospital. 

Born on Monday, July 13, 1959 in Hanover, she was a daughter of the late Vernon Allen Dell and Norma Virginia Rippeon Dell. She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Rachel Edwards; and one brother, Michael Small. 

Survivors include two children, Jennifer Livelsberger and her husband, Stevie, of New Oxford, and Daniel Cramer, of Hanover; one grandchild, Vera Edwards; three siblings, Vernon Small, Cindy Wilson and her husband Chris, and Missy Hartlaub; and three nieces, Wendy, Joy L, and Angie. 

Services will be held privately.
