Larry Wayne Hart

Larry Wayne Hart, 84, of Hanover, Pennsylvania, entered into eternal rest on November 8, 2025 at Cross Keys Village. Larry was born on June 10, 1941 to John R Hart and Mary Becker Hart of Hanover, Pennsylvania.

Larry graduated from Eichelberger Senior High in 1959. He served in Vietnam from 1963-1965 in communications. He married Jeannette Cutshall on October 9, 1966. They have two children, David Bruce and Matthew Wayne. He worked for United Telephone/Sprint as a lineman for 37 years. Larry was a baseball coach for Hanover Baseball League, Pee Wee and Small Fry.

Larry enjoyed playing golf, going on bus trips with his wife, playing cards and watching his children and grandchildren play sports. He was a lifetime member of the Eagle Fire Company, the Amvets of Hanover, VFW of Littlestown, McSherrystown Home Association and Elks Hanover BPOE.

Larry is survived by his wife, Jeannette, son David and wife Jennifer, son Matthew, grandchildren Zachary, Ryan, Nathan and Emma, and numerous nephews, nieces and cousins. He was preceded in death by his siblings, Betty Felix, William Hart, Mary Louise Goetz, George Hart, John Hart, and Carol Small.

Visitation will be at Panebaker Funeral Home & Cremation Care Center, Inc., 311 Broadway, Hanover on Thursday, November, 13 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm and on Friday, November 14 from 12:00 to 1:00 pm. The funeral service will be held at Panebaker Funeral Home on Friday, November 14 at 1:00 pm. Burial will following at Marburg Memorial Gardens with the Hanover Allied Veterans Honor Guard presenting honors.
