Larry E. Eisenberger

Larry E. Eisenberger, 86, of Hanover, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 16, 2025 at UPMC Hanover.

Born on Monday, February 6, 1939 in Hanover, he was the son of the late Kenneth E. and Effie (Whisler) Eisenberger. A 1957 graduate of Eichelberger High School, Larry was a former employee of Sterner’s Grocery Store and later worked for Emeco. He was a member of local mineral clubs and enjoyed walking for an hour every day.

Survivors include his niece, Julie Owings and her husband, Chad; a great-niece, Paige Sedlak; two great-nephews, Jacob and Coleman Owings; and his bother-in-law, Michael Mummert.

A private service is planned.
