John S. Robertson

John S. Robertson, 68, of Hanover, passed away on October 29, 2026. He was born March 23, 1958 in Waynesboro, to the late Melvin A. Robertson and Mildred (Keyton) Altland. He John shared over 50 years of love, marriage and memories with his devoted wife, Cynthia S. (Worley) Robertson.

He will be remembered for his hard-working spirit after dedicating over 40 years as a machinist for RH Sheppard. He and Cindy enjoyed family vacations camping, finding peace in the great outdoors.

John will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved him especially his wife Cindy, and their daughter Lauren Robertson; and his siblings: Gene Robertson (Sandra), Kathleen Shaffer, Kenneth Robertson, Patty Wagner (Kenneth), and Leon Baker, Jr.

A Memorial service honoring John will be held on Friday, November 6, 2026, at Panebaker Funeral Home, 311 Broadway, Hanover, PA 17331, beginning at 12 PM. The family will greet guests from 11 AM until the service. Interment to follow at Rest Haven Cemetery.
