Jan McQuaide

Jan McQuaide, 74, of East Berlin, passed away peacefully on Friday, June 26, 2026 at home with her loving husband, Jim, by her side.

Born on Friday, March 14, 1952 in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Lew W. and Frances A. Meier Ragan. Jan cherished physical fitness, embraced the outdoors, and found joy in nature.

She is survived by her husband, Jim McQuaide, with whom she spent 60 years of life together; a son, Chev McQuaide and his companion, Jill Kelly; and a grandson, Chevy McQuaide and his companion, Aryan Warby.

A private service is planned.
