James Eric Trimmer

James E. Trimmer, 68 of New Oxford, PA, beloved husband of Susan L. (Laughman) Trimmer, passed away on Friday, September 25, 2026 at the UPMC Hanover.

Born on Friday, February 28, 1958 in Hanover, PA, he was the son of the late John and Jean (Noel) Trimmer.

James was the owner of an auto sales business in New Oxford for many years. He loved working on cars and actually painted many sprint cars. He liked to attend local sprint car races as well. James also loved his many dogs that he had over the years.

Surviving in addition to Susan, his wife of 25 years, are his brother, Joel Trimmer and his wife, Joy of Hanover, PA, his niece, Jennifer Dietrich and her husband Dan of Hanover, PA and his nephew, Jerrod Trimmer and his wife, Taryn of New Oxford, PA.

Following cremation, there will be no services.
