Jack Francis Gida

Jack Francis Gida, the beloved son of Sean Michael Gida of Littlestown and Shauna Grace Snyder of McSherrystown, was born still on Saturday, March 21, 2016 at Gettysburg Hospital.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his sister, Rose Marie Gida of McSherrystown; maternal grandmother, Tina Sipling of McSherrystown; paternal grandparents, Julia Gida of Littlestown and Ted Gida of Gettysburg; maternal great-grandmother, Ruth Hockensmith of McSherrystown; paternal great-grandmother, Linda Decker of Littlestown; an uncle, Levon Snyder of McSherrystown; an aunt, Shannon Gida of Littlestown and three cousins. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Monty Snyder; his maternal great-grandmother, Fran Glatfelter; his maternal great-grandfather, Burnell Hockensmith and paternal great-grandfather, who he was named after, Harold “Jack” Decker.
