Edward MacRae Frederick

Edward MacRae Frederick, 97, of Hanover, beloved husband of Anna Mae (Dansereau) Frederick, died on Sunday, June 1, 2025 at his home.

Born in Baltimore, Ed worked for many years as a draftsman. He was a US Army veteran of World War II, and after relocating to Hanover, he was a former bass singer with the Hanover Standardbred Barber Shop Chorus for many years.

In addition to his wife of 63 years, he is survived by a nephew, John Martin; and nieces, Joan Martin, Mary Martin and June (Andrew) Calwell.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM on June 11, 2025 at Mount Olivet Cemetery, 725 Baltimore Street in Hanover with The Rev. Ken Peterkin officiating. Military honors will be rendered by the Hanover Allied Veterans Honor Guard.
