Bill Caudill, Sr.

Bill Caudill, Sr., 85, of Glenville, beloved husband of Ethel Ann Sindall Caudill, passed away on Sunday, June 22, 2025 at UPMC Harrisburg.

Born on Saturday, November 4, 1939 in Wise Co., VA, he was a son of the late Johnnie Lee Caudill and Ruth Elizabeth Dixon Caudill. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Wayne Caudill. Bill retired from Acme Markets and enjoyed playing cards and gardening. He enjoyed western movies and watching the Orioles and Ravens. Most of all, Bill loved bass fishing.

Surviving, in addition of his wife of almost 65 years, are three children, Bill Caudill, Jr. and his wife, Linda, Janet Stillman and her husband, David, and Debbie Aversa and her husband, Matt; six grandchildren, Brad Caudill, Kellie Caudill, Kristen Manning and her husband, Josh, Sarah Stillman, Dean Aversa, and Genevieve Aversa; one great grandchild, Jack Manning; seven siblings, Bob Caudill, Don Caudill, Sue Dumbrowsky, Ron Caudill, Joyce Burchett, Jim Caudill, and Nancy Marcum; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be at 11 AM on Saturday, June 28, 2025 at Salem United Methodist Church, 18217 Falls Rd. Hampstead, MD, 21074.
