Cremation Care Center

We own and operate our on-site crematory at our Cremation Care Center located at 43 Amy Way in Hanover. This means we own it; it's on our premises; and you can inspect it.

Most funeral homes subcontract this delicate procedure to a third party provider.  Having our own crematory, that is exclusive to only the families we serve, guarantees your loved one never leaves our care, and that the cremated remains returned are those of your family member.  An adjacent chapel allows a gathering for final viewing or a committal ceremony.  With this unique facility, cremation takes on a more public experience as desired by today's consumer, rather than being relegated to an industrial setting.Contrary to what many believe, cremation is not an alternative to a funeral nor does it limit choices, but in fact, increases one’s options.  It is performed in a respectful and dignified manner and can be memorialized in many ways.  A funeral service followed by cremation may be exactly the same as a funeral followed by burial. It can be elaborate or simple and traditional or nontraditional.A memorial service or a gathering for friends and family involves cremation soon after the death followed by a service at the funeral home or other location where the body is not present.  Often the urn will be at the service as an appropriate focal point.  A time for visiting with family and friends may be held before or after the ceremony.A non-ceremonial cremation refers to a cremation without any formal ceremonies.
