Norma E. Brown, 81
Norma E. Brown, 81, of Hanover, loving wife of Albert M. Brown, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 3, 2010 at Hanover Hospital.
Born on August 17, 1928 in Emporium, Pennsylvania, she was a daughter of the late Livingston and Neva Haviland Brown. She was also preceded in death by a son, Norman C. Kiessling and a brother Harold Brown. She enjoyed family gatherings, reading books, traveling and playing cards with family and friends.
In addition to her husband of nearly 39 years, she is survived by two sons, Bernard J. Kiessling, Sr. and his wife, Kathy, of West Melbourne, FL and Edward C. Kiessling of Williamsport; a daughter, Deborah A. Carestia and her husband, Steve, of Hanover; twelve grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and a former daughter-in-law, Becky Underwood of Linden, PA.
A Celebration of her life will take place from 3 to 7 pm on Tuesday, February 9, 2010 at the U.A.W. Union Hall, 656 Lloyd Street, Williamsport, PA 17701.
